We just planted the first seed in the development of Evergreen with an official groundbreaking ceremony.
We invited our builders, development partners and local dignitaries with Montgomery County, The Woodlands Chamber, the Conroe Chamber and Conroe Independent School District to join us for the September event. It was exciting to introduce everyone to our vision for Evergreen. We are prioritizing working with the land, preserving as much of Evergreen’s natural features as possible and giving people ample opportunities to enjoy their neighbors and the outdoors.
Evergreen will have approximately 100 acres devoted to parks, greenspace and amenities. Highlights to look forward to include an amenitized creek that traverses the community, a modern recreation center and significant additional areas devoted to open space and trails.
Residents will also enjoy easy access to Interstate 45, the Grand Parkway, The Woodlands, Conroe and George Bush Intercontinental Airport. Evergreen will accommodate approximately 2,000 homesites. The first phase will include 247 homesites consisting of 40-, 50-, 60- and 70-foot lots. Builders Shea Homes, Chesmar Homes and Perry Homes are expected to begin sales in the spring of 2023.
