We ended 2023 with the start of something that will lead to many fun times and happy memories for our Evergreen residents in 2024 — construction of The Arbor amenity village!
On 8.7 acres in the heart of the Conroe community, The Arbor will feature the Forest Shores resort-style pool with tanning ledges and multiple depths. Poolside shade structures will provide relief from the sun. The recreation center will have a fireside nook and indoor and outdoor lounge areas, ideal for relaxed gatherings with friends and neighbors.
The event lawn will be available for impromptu resident use and events planned by the community lifestyle director. Young residents will often want to visit Gully’s Splash Pad and a playground at Tree House Park, while parents will appreciate that both will be tucked under a canopy of trees. Coming in The Arbor’s next phase will be the nation’s latest favorite pastime — pickleball!
The $10 million amenity village has a unique design — it’s built around the curve of Evergreen Creek. The site layout puts The Arbor as an easy extension of Curiosity Trail that runs alongside the creek.
Construction of The Arbor will continue into 2024 with a planned opening slated for fall.
The Arbor will be a signature feature of Evergreen’s amenity package, which encompasses approximately 100 acres devoted to parks and open space. Opening soon in the 740-acre community is Curiosity Park.
