Ready to groove and possibly move? Then you’ll want to head over to the
Groovin’ Into Spring Home Tour at Evergreen beginning April 1.
Our month-long home tour has everything you need for a far-out time, including eight gorgeous model homes to tour, an excellent selection of move-in ready homes, opportunities to groove to the beat of Mother Nature and a chance to win $500 — not to mention weekend fun for the whole family!
Builders Shea Homes, Perry Homes and Chesmar Homes have opened the doors to their impeccably decorated model homes so you can get a taste of home. Which home? Your potential home in Evergreen. While touring, speak to a builder representative about the inventory homes they have available (in case you want to vibe with our community even sooner). Our builders are also offering up to $20,000 in incentives so you will want to want to spring into action. Did we mention you can enter to win a $500 prize just for touring?
You can tour our builders’ homes any time throughout April but for extra fun, come out on Saturdays and Sundays for some good old-fashioned family merriment. We’ll have Groovy Activity Books for the kids, Disco Delicious Cake Pops, Retro Coca-Cola, Far-Out cookies, Flower Power Lemonade, Psychedelic Record coasters, Hip Candies and more!
We’d also love to talk to you about the Evergreen lifestyle and our planned amenities. Coming in 2025 will be The Arbor amenity village, featuring the Forest Shores resort-style pool, event lawn, lounge area, recreation area, pickle ball courts and more. Curiosity Park will wow your young ones. We’ve also got plenty of trails for you to adventure on!
Visit us any day or every day throughout April. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and noon to 5 p.m. Sundays. We can’t wait to groove with you!
