Evergreen builders showed off eight new model homes to 275 Realtors last month at an event filled with food, fun and many prizes.
The exciting April sneak peek was an opportunity for Realtors to get their first look at Evergreen and the exceptional floor plans, options and upgrades offered by Perry Homes, Chesmar Homes and Shea Homes.
During the tour, they were treated to a progressive lunch with elegant offerings such as lobster bites, mini brisket tacos, filet mignon crostini, Texas goat cheese toast and salad located throughout the model homes. Afterward, they dined on a scrumptious array of desserts, including pinecone cupcakes, Napoleon cups and chocolate mousse served in a champagne flute. A professional barista was on hand serving up made to order espresso drinks.
We increased the fun with tunes spun by a DJ, a lounge area and a digital photo booth to help them preserve the memories.
Realtors who visited four of the eight models were entered into drawings for some fabulous prizes. Manrique and Marjorie Zavala of Walzel Properties took home AirPods Pro. An outdoor explorer basket filled with goodies for nature lovers went to Larry Sims of EXP Realty. Mimi Kostich of Coldwell Banker Realty won a Texas wine basket filled with Messina Hoff vintages. A $1,000 Visa gift card went to Diana Guerrero of Realty One Group Experience. Our grand prize winner was Jacqueline Canada of JLA Realty who will be enjoying a staycation weekend at the Houstonian. All our guests went home with an Evergreen tote filled with swag.
