We had a grand time celebrating the opening of our model home park! In addition to showing off our builders’ beautiful new model homes, we met a few hundred prospective residents.
During the two-week celebration, prospective homebuyers were able to tour eight professionally decorated models and speak with sales representatives about the floor plans elevations and options our builders offer. Rosemary Gmunder even walked away with $5,000 as our grand prize winner!
On Saturdays, visitors enjoyed treats and activities. At one Perry Homes’ model, they scooped up trail mix and had the opportunity to build their own birdhouses. Popsicles and slushies were handed out at Perry Homes’ second model.
Three Shea Homes models were abuzz with sweets. At Shea’s largest model in Evergreen, they provided a s’mores station. Another model offered an espresso bar and cotton candy. At the builder’s third model home, there was a lemonade stand. The fourth model home housed a free succulent shoppe.
Chesmar Homes hosted an interactive digital photo booth at its largest Evergreen model. Coca-Cola soft drinks in classic glass bottles with fun straws were handed out at the builder’s second community model home.
There were also beautiful “butterflies” to greet visitors and pose for pictures. We thank everyone for coming out to explore our beautiful, nature-inspired community.
