Shea is now selling unique designs for homes for a wide variety of lot sizes.
Homes on 40-foot properties are priced from the $300,000s and range from 1,624 to 2,528 square feet. Designs offer up to six bedrooms, front porches, island kitchens, beautiful primary suites and two-car garages.
Designs for 50-foot homesites are priced from the $350,000s. The nine available floor plans range from 1,802 to 2,989 square feet. Elegant primary suites feature baths with dual sinks, glass-framed showers and spacious walk-in closets. An optional door from the closet to the utility room makes doing laundry a breeze. Homes also include island kitchens, spacious open-concept great rooms, flex rooms and outdoor living areas.
Floor plans for 60-foot properties range from 2,438 to 3,868 square feet and are priced from the $410,000s. These nine designs all have four bedrooms as standard, and several offer the option for a fifth bedroom. One design has five bedrooms in the standard design with the ability to add a sixth bedroom.
Shea’s largest floor plans in Evergreen are designed for 70-foot homesites. Priced from the $550,000s, these homes range from 3,083 to 4,615 square feet. Popular features include a downstairs guest suite, a home office, formal and casual dining rooms and large covered patios. An array of options allow buyers to add a media room with a bar, extended outdoor living areas and an outdoor kitchen.
Perry Homes

The builder is now offering homes designed for 50-foot properties. Priced from the $400,000s, homes feature 12-foot coffered ceilings at the entry, covered patios, large primary suites with walk-in closets, secondary bedrooms with walk-in closets, entertainment lofts, home offices and two-car garages. Designs range from 2,100 to 3,000 square feet.
Larger designs for 70-foot homesites are also available, ranging from 3,200 to 4,900 square feet. Priced from the $630,000s, these homes offer four and five bedrooms as standard and up to 4.5 baths. Other features include tall ceilings, dual closets in the primary suite, a game room and media room.
