Model homes by builders Shea Homes, Perry Homes, Highland Homes and Chesmar Homes will be open daily during the tour, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. Sundays. 

Explore the wide variety of floor plans available in Evergreen, from homes designed for 40-foot homesites to larger floor plans situated on 70-foot properties. No matter the size, each model home is professionally decorated, showcasing on-trend décor that will impress and inspire. Expect to see ideas for courtyards and back patios, a trend toward warm neutrals, and an ample use of colors and textures from nature.

If your new to model home tours, we have a few recommendations:

• Pay attention to wall treatments — you can usually discover fun design ideas using paint and wood.
• Some of the most imaginative décor will be in secondary bedrooms and game rooms. 
• Window treatments in model homes are also eye-opening. 
• Not sure what to do with walls that stretch to the second story? You’ll find ideas in model homes.
• See décor and/or home design you like? It’s okay to take a picture.
• The builder representative is there to answer any of your questions — even if you aren’t buying a home. They know that every person who walks through the door of their model home might not currently be in the market for a home but could be in the future.

While you’re in Evergreen, take a drive through the community to see our “forest of fun,” including Curiosity Park (now open) and The Arbor, expected to open in 2025. The Arbor will be a central hub for Evergreen residents, offering a resort-style pool, event lawn, and indoor and outdoor gathering spots.
