Shea Homes gives home buyers looking for larger homes several options, with homes for 60-foot properties ranging from 2,438 to 3,868 square feet and designs for 70-foot lots offering up to 4,610 square feet. Up to six bedrooms are available, and features include commanding kitchen islands, home offices, game rooms, downstairs guest suites and three-car garages, with options for additional bays.
